Anyone ever upgraded the speakers and added a small amp to their stock stereo system? Look to be 4.5 dash speakers, but how to remove? Also, same size in ceilings area?

I upgraded the dash, cant remember the size. Take top of the dash off to get access. I did not add an amp, changed head unit to a Kenwood. I believe the coach ceiling speakers are 5 1/4, considering upgrading those at some point.
