Hello,
Please give me some suggestions!
One minute my steps are working, I shut the door and open it and steps stay in and won’t come out. I’ve looked at the fuses in the stairwell and under the refer but nothing labeled as steps. Could they be labeled something else? The fuses under the seat do not have a label as to what they are. My magnets look to be lined up and everything else is the same. I’m about ready to try the “ Hammer” fix! I appreciate all of your suggestions.

Steps now work, I threatened that I would let my grandkids take him for a vacation and the steps extended right out! I gotta remember that “FIX!”

Mine did that too. I oiled all the joints. There is
A swing arm underneath too. Mine did it after being in storage so maybe low voltage? I lubed and banged with hammer. It magically started working.
