2016 dynamax isata 3----fuse entry step

Have a blown fuse for the steps to enter motorhome.
Cannot locate fuse or relay reset. Dynamax says the new ones
are located under the first step inside motor home. said to raise step
and replace fuse. The 1st step on a 2016 is not able to be lifted.
The second step raises, but that is for the house batteries.
Does anyone know where this fuse is located on a 2016 ??

At the house batteries check that there is not an inline 25 amp fuse connected directly to one of the batteries.

Inside the area with the house batteries are some fuses on the back wall as I recall.
