2017 Dynamax DX3 37BH - Slide & Floor flexing

We have a 2017 Dynamax DX3 37BH. The main slide that holds the dinette and sofa is flexing the floor near the mirror. It has caused grout and tile to crack. It is also making the slide have a loud metal on metal sound along with pushing the arm down that is making contact with the slide compartment hole. I think its sagging about 3/8" - 1/2". I had a mobile tech take a look at it and he is surprised to see the floor do that. We think that the subfloor doesn't have enough support and the weight of the slide is bowing the floor and causing all the problems. We are just out of warranty but if this continues to get worse we are going to have a very expensive paper weight. Please tell me there is a fix for this because I am starting to feel slightly sick at this point. Has anyone run into this problem and any remedies?

BTW we don't store heavy items in the slide. Still LOVE this rig but the floor is really worrying me.

Just reach out to your service contact on our website. We can send an angle that mounts from below onto the rams and will stiffen up that area. The "slide out hole" is just a metal part that is bent, you can cut the "vertical" to stop the grinding noise as long as it is not right on top of the lower structure.

This is why I love owning a Dynamax! I will send an email now. Thank you Brian!
