It is what you are being shown here, it is an easy adjustment. Just make sure of two things, you either have someone lift as you are adjusting the screws or can lift it yourself.

Two make sure the arms are level, don't have any slope left or right.

After getting it where you want by adjusting the lower screws, don't forget to tighten up the upper screws to "set and lock it".
