2017 Dynamax Rev 24RB - Beeping Cameras

By design, my 2 side and 1 Rear View Cameras make an alert beeping noise on the Rear View Mirror Mounted Camera Monitor. It happens every time you press the brake (rear camera alert) or anytime you turn on the left or right turn signal (side camera alerts). The noise is very annoying while driving. I looked in the Monitor's System's Menu a place to disable the beep. I see none. Anyone know how to stop the alerts from beeping other than removing the fuse and doing away with the usefulness of the cameras?

Mine doesn’t beep. I don’t remember turning it off but if it did beep I would certainly kill that beep.

For those with the beeps, find the speaker and put a piece of electrical tape over it. Probably a tiny speaker.

The Monitor that is making the beeping is a BOYO 5" Rearview Mirror Monitor VTM50M. Users manual is not helpful. I sent an email to the supplier at info@visiontechamerica.com

I'll update more once they reply to me.

Photo of the back of my Mirror Camera Monitor and Video of Beeping

Please see the photo of the back of my Video Monitor.
You can see a speaker back there.
Also attached is a video of the beeping noise coming from the speaker as I turn on the left and then right turn signal to activate the side cameras.

I put tape on the holes on the back of the camera a while ago, no real difference. I didn't see a way to remove the back of the mirror/camera screen, then it would be easy to find the noise maker. I'm sure someone will find a wire to clip.

Did you try electrical tape? I have had good results with many different beepers.

I will be driving my REV in about an hour. Hopefully I will remember to look behind the mirror because I don’t have a beep.

I have what could be a speaker grill but it is much larger than what is required for a beep. Probably more for ventilation.

I will try to figure out why mine doesn’t beep tomorrow.

Message from the vendor of our Beeping Cameras

I corresponded directly with the vendor of the camera.
It is not good news.
The ones that beep do so because of the software inside them with NO way to stop it. I've pasted his response below. I drove my RV from Atlanta to Orlando tonight. That thing beeped 10,000 times. Every break, every turn signal.

See vendor response here:

Bryan,

I conducted some bench testing and confirmed that in auto mode (you manually placing it on the blue screen), it silences the beep but when the monitor times out, the beep comes back. We communicated with the factory about turning off the beep. They replied that it is within the software of the mirror and can only be deleted in our upcoming orders.

My build papers indicate that I have a VTB44M mirror.

The thumb drive file is for a VTB42M. This does not match my mirror.

I will check my owners envelope tomorrow for a different manual.

It seems we have different mirror monitors but I want to confirm that tomorrow.

I don’t have a hard copy of the mirror/monitor only a warranty sheet. I would have to take it off the mirror to confirm which model I have. Sorry I can’t help your beeping aggravation.

The business end of mine looks like this:
