2018 Isata 3 FW suspension upgrade

I know there have been many threads on this topic but thought I would add my experience. After 3 years and 20,000 mile my oem suspension was worn out. The rig would wobble or oscillate side-to-side throwing everything around the RV every time we went over a bump. When we hit a pothole on the freeway it felt like the rv was sitting directly on top of the axel and was very jarring to the riders.

I had Sumo springs added to front and rear as well as Koni shocks front and rear. Total cost with material, labor and alignment was over $2,000. So far the investment has been worth it. The Koni shocks are self adjusting and provide strength on recoil so they really help to stop the side-to-side movement. The sumo springs keep some separation between axel and frame reducing the jarring. The overall ride and handling is much smoother to me.

This is a very subjective topic and each person likes a different type of ride and handling. However, just wanted to share my own experience and say it makes my Isata 3 much more enjoyable to drive and ride in.

Next problem to solve is the clunking sounds from the Helwig Swap bar...

Sounds like the mods worked for you. In my view you have taken the best approach of driving the rig first and actually assessing the handling instead of just replacing systems based on forum posts. Check the bushings on the sway bar
