2018 isata 5 no power when plugged in to 50 amp

Just brought it home plugged it in everything worked fine. Unplugged it took it down the road for a couple hrs, ran the generator while we were out. Came back plugged it in and nothing. Everything still works on generator. Any ideas?
Thank you

Transfer switch not working as designed would be my guess. I don't think there is anything you can do to manually switch it.

Ok found on the circuit board a diode broke or fell off. It is a trc 41283. Anyone know where to by parts? I searched on line and just found the whole transfer switch.

Are there any places that can repair circuit boards near you or you could send to. You may be able to get the part and solder your self. If that is the only problem with the board.

Im gonna try to fix it myself, but was wondering if they sold parts (just in case something goes wrong) or you buy the whole thing?

I've had luck with digiparts ( digikey maybe) buying individual components.

you just bought it and it is under warranty. contact dealer and contact transfer switch mfg. I wouldn't try to solder the board as that will probably void the warranty if there is anything else wrong. transfer switch mfg can either send you a whole new unit or a new board. dealer might even have a transfer switch in stock.

They don't even let us work on that board. We are looking at a transfer switch with replaceable board, but the one we currently use they say they have to replace the entire transfer switch.
