2018 Isata 5 slide issues

Has anyone had an issue with the slide stopping midway upon retracting when trying to resync? Main living room slide extracts ok, but when retracting it seems to stop 3/4 of the way in. We have tried resyncing but when reprogramming, holding down both buttons and the IN button, it still stops 3/4 of the way. I have let off of the in button and then repressed it and it starts again. This happens one more time and the slide then fully retracts. I have hit the reset button and then did the same for out position. The control panel lights tells me it has successfully reprogrammed but when we go to use just the regular IN , one side of the slide stops at that same spot and the other back end doesn't. Are we doing something wrong with the resync?? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you

Looking into this right now, hope to have more info soon.

There was standing water on the slide topper that I had not removed first. When I tried to bring the slide in, one side was weighted down and it came in crooked, then stopped. I got that corrected when the water weight was removed (with manual reset). Once it was square, it came all the way in manually...but once the stops are set, it seems to revert back to crooked. Only manually will come in square, but stops ever 10" or so.

it almost seems like it remembers that it came in crooked and only wants to do that now, even though I reset the stops. I'll let you know once we have had a chance to diagnose.

Upon returning home from a trip and extending the slide, we didn't notice that a box shifted while traveling and initially got stuck when the slide extended. We thought it was ok, but now like you said it seems to remember where it was stuck. I hope you can find an answer to resolve. Thank you so much

My guys are saying it was the #1 motor. Replaced that and it was working fine right after. No switch or wiring change, just swapped the motor and it worked fine.
