I have reset the Precision Plex in the past by turning off all power and turning off the batteries. Wait about 10 minutes with no power, then turn the batteries or plug the RV back in.

Yes there are several threads on here about this exact problem. Cut power to the coach, including the batter cut off switch for 3 mins or so. Reboot then follow the PP instructions in there manual.

If it's only the control panel giving you problems, you might try just unplugging the control panel 1st to see if that resolves the issue before you go to the trouble of the battery disconnect process. Take the 4 plastic corner covers off on the control panel. Remove the 4 screws. Unplug the connector and wait a minute before plugging it back in.
Be extra careful that you don't drop the cable down into the wall when you unplug it!!

If all else fails, call PP and their tech guy is awesome. He will walk you through everything.

Thanks everyone. Turning the disconnect off for a minute worked!
