There is a TSB out that updates the radio and the AC. My dealer thinks that it “might” fix my temp control unit indicating problem. Who knows perhaps it is also the apple play software update . However the TSB for the hardware is not out yet.

FYI, here is the picture of the Isata 5 Series center console we had molded to accept the USB module that ships loose. Will have a part number shortly.
This should fit all 2017 and 2018 Ram 5500 chassis (we're hoping 2019 as well).
Once Ram creates a service bulletin, you would need to pull this console loose, release the tabs for the module to get it out and replace it.

Brian,
My torch red Isata 5 is awaiting final inspection at the plant. Is there any way to get this console added prior to delivery? Cost?

Not sure yet. we got a batch in, but they were "hand trimmed" so we sent them back. Waiting on new parts that were trimmed with a template.
Maybe I'll bring a box to the Rally

I would like one also, will be waiting for the part number. Was just making a template for he media Hub I have now, knowing that I might have to make another one for the new hub when the TSB comes out in March. (I’m Told the new data hub (should) be the same size as the old one.)

It is. same exact size, the only difference is both sides are data emblem, instead of one side data and one side USB Text

OK, the center console for the Isata 5 is going to be part #F100102920
Just a note....this was designed to accept the USB module that start shipping with the 18's. So there will be a small cutout if you DO NOT have this module (I don't think the 17's did).
Most dealers won't know about this as it is brand new. They matched the dash material so it looks really good and is pretty heavy weight. To install, we're just running a screw through the cup holder (I wonder if those were included in the price now that I think about it?).

I do not have cost yet, but make sure you order the two cupholders as well, I guess that is not included in the formed part.
