2019 I 5 30FW Frigidaire refer

ever since we picked up our motorhome about 3 months ago, when we stop in the evening, our ice has melted and refrozen. this seems consistent whether or not we've been hooked up to ac. has anyone else experienced this issue? when we stop during the day, it seems as if the refer is frequently running.

So, when do you think it thaws? Ice in the door or ice in the freezer section.

Is it possible your making ice while driving and water is just splashing from the ice tray?

You could also put the arm up on the ice maker while on the road. I do when I remember, just to avoid problems.

That is what we did and it solves many problems.
