2020 Dynamax dx3 37TS city water wet bay question

Just purchased a 2020 Dynamax dx3 37TS super c motorhome and I can fill the fresh water holding tank, but there are no valves that I can find to just run off of city water. On the left side of the wet bay are 3 valves, one is to open or close to fill the holding tank, the other 2 valves are to drain the hot and cold lines. With the holding tank valve closed there is no pressure to the faucets. Owned many RV's so I do know my way around an RV.Click image for larger version

if you close the valve to fill the holding tank and leave city water connected you should run off of city water

Why is the filter cartridge off? I am wondering if that is preventing flow like a modern refrigerator filter with a check valve (?), or would it just pour out of the base, I don't know, never tried.

It is the Fresh Tank fill valve under your blue hose, if you turn it the opposite direction it runs off city water. But as others noted, the filter needs to be installed.

Agreed but it just makes a buzzing sound. Scheduled to have the annual service done.
