2020 Isata 3 Jensen ARC

Morning all, I have a 2020 Isata 3 and can not get my Jensen TV’s to play through the Jensen Head unit. Checked all the connections and made sure the HDMI is in the ARC connection on the TV with no luck. I have a 4X4 HDMI matrix and suspect because of the way it is designed/wired there is no way to utilize the ARC feature?

Mine works in my 2018 Cedar Creek Hathaway.

Not in the least intuitive for a long term audio guy.

I had to print copies of operating manuals and play with it for hours. Even multiple area volumes made a difference. Numbers and letters?

Yes, the ARC will not work due to the matrix...but the only TV you would really want to lay through the jense speakers is the living room. And tha has an audio connection. There is another thread walking through the settings.

This is for the bedroom...but all the same things still apply.

Thanks Brian. I thought I saw something in that in a previous post. I can pull the Jensen unit and connect the RCA cables to it and the TV.

Has anyone ever mounted a small soundbar to the living room TV?

There should already be an Optical cable connected to the front TV. So you just need to set the jensen to aux if you want it to play TV audio. Just make sure the TV speakers are off and the output set to fixed on the TV
