2020 Isata 5 AC question

First time we’ve tried to use the AC’s on our new unit. The back was making a rattle which was easy to find the problem. Missing 1 of the four fasteners holding the compressor. The front started for about 2 seconds then quit and I believe just doesn’t have power because the fan mode only does not even work. Precision says ac fuse is good. Precision also says 50 amp service and that both ac’s are powered. Anything easy I’m missing as electrical stuff is not my strong point.

See if the part is on this list. You should have a Coleman Mach manual in your “black bag”.
