With us doing this as volunteers, I am not keeping a waiting list. The event is a big enough undertaking. What I am doing, if someone lets me know they are canceling, or the resort lets me know, I will post it here and let everyone know. Sorry you didnt get in at this point, but it is a few months off and people’s plans change.

That's all in the fee. Trying to keep it simple this year. One ticket gets each person access to everything.
