2023 DX3 battery disconnect switch

We have a 2023 DX3 bought new and we store it with power so I haven’t used the battery disconnect switch located in the stairwell before now. While unplugged, when I switch it there is a loud clicking coming from the front area of the RV, the lights go off, but the TV, frig and few other things stay on. The firefly panel complete turns off so I can’t see the power status screen. To completely power off, I had to switch the disconnect back and then use the firefly panel to disable the inverter. We have the lithium battery package so I wanted to check if I am missing something before seeking a repair. User error is my friend :-)

The stairwell switch turns off the 12 volt items ( lights, pumps, fans,... ) but does not turn off the cables to the inverter.

The inverter is powering the items you mentioned so you'll need to switch that off too.

Thanks for quick reply and that makes sense. The weird thing is that the firefly turns off with the switch, so I guess I am supposed to kill the inverter first via firefly and then hit the switch to store with power hook up for a a couple weeks. My 2017 didn’t work that way and my friend with a 2021 claims the switch kills his frig and 110v stuff. I’m just a little confused, but every year that seems to happen more.

The main disconnect is in the battery bay, Big round dial. You don;t need to kill the inverter first via firefly, just hit that dial and it shuts it all down.
