Did you make sure to turn the winegard antenna via the little pushbutton hidden out of view in the media cabinet?
Yes, the green light is on for the antenna side of the coax plate. I turned the red and black switch on just experimenting, but that just seems to spin the satellite antenna endlessly.
Just FYI for other owners out there, we lost both idler covers for the awning on the 2 week trip we are on. I don't know if there is something else you can do to secure them better. In ordering new ones on Amazon, it looks like some reviewers said they changed the design to hold better with the new ones.
We found the big flaw in this floor design with the recliners. If someone is laying in the recliner while transitioning it back to upright position, the recliner head will catch on the window open/close knob and bend the hell out of it.
Looking underneath the recliners where they bolt to the slider floor, there are already two other sets of holes for the lagbolts in the floor, meaning the factory has already tried moving these recliners around, and not doing anything to fix up the unused holes
I just noticed I did this to mine also. Not a great design.
We have a set distance for the recliners to miss the crank, but some of the seat backs have come in higher. The stuffing seems to be more of an art than a science. We just added an inch to that distance to account for it.
