I need to consider changing my order for a 2023 delivery to this coach! Again the TV is a mistake as is the shower, I see several comments hence we pay so one should listen? And is the Propane tank still in the middle, inaccessible with a remote fill tube? Wonder how many filling stations attends cursed this installation idea? Ty nice to have a non folding bed!
As mentioned, the TV pulls out on a swivel, no neck crane needed.

Shower: If the shower takes out the towel hook, it would also take out the wall area where the remote is. The shower with the Arcadia would likely resolve any "room" issue.

LP is in the middle...safely tucked between two chassis frame rails. The remote fill we haven't seen many issues with, but I also think we moved it to the face of that metal departure angle.

Nice design…

Overall, I really like the new floor plan, but there are a couple of areas that I see for improvement.

1. If it could possibly be accommodated, a 30x36 glass shower would be much preferred to both the current 24x36 design or the Arcadia option.

2. I miss the entry way closet on the 31SS— it’s a great option for coat/shoe storage. Any thoughts on accommodating this type of storage on the 32KD?

3. The sound bar placement is less than ideal on both the 32KD and the 31SS. Ideally, it should be directly below or above the TV. Have you looked at adding a bracket attachment to the TV to hold the sound bar? This would free up the area that currently holds the sound bar for additional storage.

1. I think they looked at it and it we could not find a base (currently)
2. No where to really put it. Dinette on one side, shower on the other

3. It is actually in the "perfect" spot. We had a bracket originally and mounted it below the TV. The holes for the mount on the sound bar are just not designed for our roads. The bracket also just adds complexity where none is really needed. At home, I have a home theater in the basement...acoustic panels on the walls to prevent echoes, the center channel is behind a perforated screen, two subs, an ideal sound stage. So I know and love theater quality. A motorhome is not that. There is no ideal seating position and sound bounces everywhere. IF you pull the TV out on the swing arm, the sound bar would be slightly higher and behind....However in "real world" use, you can't tell where the sound is coming from in any position. Right now it is out of the way, sounds good, and I have zero warranty on the new location. win-win-win

We found the original placement of the TV soundbar in the 31SS to be overly distracting as voice direction and imaging was way off center from viewing. It was unusable. We moved it as seen in the photo and it is perfect. We also gained a storage cubby...

Great idea. I agreed with you about the distraction. I think we will move it too.

DW & I like this most of this floorplan. Agree with others, offer it streamlined without the bunk.

Should we ever purchase one, we would make the following changes shortly after purchase:

Remove dinette and replace with an entertainment center consisting of huge Samsung QLED UHD TV on televator, higher end sound bar, subwoofer, space for electronics (UHD Blu-ray, Sat Receiver, etc.), and have an electric heated fireplace. We actually have something like this in our old Class A gasser.

Sofa would be replaced with a higher end theater loveseat with built-in TV tables or something similar.

High probability we would replace King mattress with a Queen.

Europa is now being offer WITH or WITHOUT cab over bunk.

In fact ALL of our product lines for 2023 are offered either way (except for the Isata 5, which never had the cap completed because 99% of our orders were for the cab over bunk)

Appreciate the information.

DW & I will replace our current 21 yr old MH in the next 2 to 5 yrs. We've owned this one for 6 yrs, and it is our first MH. We still enjoy our old gas Class A, and generally keep any vehicle (cars, jeeps, motorcycles) at least 10 yrs before replacement. We will purchase our next MH once I retire from my 2nd career, just haven't picked a retirement date yet.

DW will not drive a Class A. She will drive a Class C or Super C, wants to stay in the 30' - 34'. We are only interested in non-bunk versions (personal opinion, we do not like the look of bunk over). Currently researching and comparing Dynamax, Coachmen Concord (waiting for new models to be released), Phoenix Cruiser (2910D & 2910T), and Renegade.

32KD on display?

Thanks for the excellent video walk through on Youtube. Will there be one available on display anywhere in the near future for a personal walk through?

Feedback / Questions:
1. Any chance of putting the dinette in a slide to open up the living area?
2. Bathroom looks great. I'd vote to keep the glass over plastic curtain.
3. +1 for Explorer version. Barring that, would it be possible to get a bird's eye view of the rooftop layout, to assess the space available to add a meaningful amount of solar after purchase?
4. Should I be concerned about maintenance/durability of plumbing/etc in the slide?

Thanks!

1. no
2. I think we determined we could get 800 watts up there, but are not offering the Xplorer quite yet
3. See 2
4. It is a single flex drain, commonly used on slides. We've been doing the 37TS kitchen slide for a decade-ish.

Thanks Brian.

Will a 32KD be available to see in person anywhere in the next few months?

We won't ship this one until Oct. We may sell it direct as a demo, not sure yet.

We have started them into production, Tampa show would be the first place to see it, followed by MHS, Performance, and Woody's in Canada. All shipping in Dec-Jan

Do you have an interior picture of the 32KD with the slide in? I'm mainly concerned about aisle space with that huge platform in front of the sofa. My wife is disabled and needs a cane, and I'm wondering if it will work. Thanks!

IN the walk through video I did, I think I show it both ways.

Edit: OK, maybe not. I did not watch the whole video, but just where I show it from back to front. I know I took a picture and posted it...just not sure where

So I have to ask, maybe you can't answer though. Motor Home Specialist in Texas has a used 32KD in stock. Was that your test model? It has 8k miles on it.

That’s the one. I can answer, we are very transparent. It is a 2023 being sold at 2022 pricing as a demo. Chassis warranty remains.

Thanks, someone is going to get a screaming deal on that one. We sold our MBS Sunseeker this summer, but I'm not quite ready to pull the trigger on a MH that costs 3x as much.

How did you attach it under there, did you make a bracket and screw it in from the bottom, or did you just flip it over and velcro it, or both? I assume you cut a hole behind it for the cables to run up and through?

A hole was cut in the cabinet and cables were rerouted. The speaker rests on the valance and doesn't need much to stay in place. Adhesive backed velcro was added to the back of the speaker and the wall to keep it in place. It has stayed in place so far.
