A/C in Isata 5 question.

Plugged into 50 amp shore power using front and rear a/c. Temp set the same on both thermostats.

When set temp is reached the rear unit turns off but the front unit continues to run in fan mode. It doesn't turn off.

Have searched the Dometic web site but cannot find a trouble shooting guide.

Is this normal or is there a problem with the thermostat or a/c unit.

Thanks.

It sounds like you have the front thermostat set to run the fan in manual mode instead of auto - cycle the thermostat to off, then hit the power button once more, and you should be on the fan setting - hit the up/down buttons until it reads auto, then cycle to your A/C setting, and it should start behaving again.

Yes, that was the problem. Rear fan set on auto and front on hi.

Thanks!

This past weekend, our front unit started pissing water all over the floor. Have any of you seen this before? I just shut it off as it wasn't that hot out. I attributed it to a clogged drain, but am curious if any of you all have had the same issue?

I’m not sure!
I’m going to have to get up there and look.
That can wait till I get home.

Found it. These were all supposed to have been taken care of, but I wonder if they had some old stock laying around or, just missed some. Anyway...sounds too familiar, so worth a look.
