AC Won't Turn On

We used our MH (2016 DX3 37BH) a few weeks ago and both ACs worked fine. Now, we're getting ready to leave in the morning on another trip ... and the rear AC won't turn on at all. Not even the LED on the thermostat. Front AC works fine.

So far, I have:
- Checked & reset the breaker
- Checked the 12V fuse for the thermostat (is it the same for both front & back)?
- Verified that there's 110V to the unit
- Swapped thermostat with the front & it worked fine up there

I've run out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions? It's 90+F and were heading across the bottom 1/2 (TX, NM, AZ) ... so we're thinking we might have to cancel the trip.

Thanks,
Mike

1st, I don't have a clue, but, if I were to try something at this point I would totally remove ALL power to everything. Kill the power breaker by the door panel, rotate the battery switch in the battery compartment, rotate the chassis power by the drivers door (that shouldn't do anything, but just do it). remove the main power cord to the outside AC, disable the inverter. Start with a totally dead coach. Then start powering things up again and see what happens.

Go through the full list of fuses in the control panel. Fuse for the 12V to the thermostat may have a non obvious label.

" Verified that there's 110V to the unit". "Swapped thermostat with the front & it worked fine up there". So, IF there is 120vAC to the unit, and I'm hoping the unit are referring to is the A/C unit, and you swapped t'stats and they both work then it sounds as IF you may have a problem with the
control board [there should be one] within the A/C unit itself.

Well...problem solved...sort of.

I tried the power reset suggested above. No luck.

The problem was eventually traced to the thermostat wire inside the wall apparently having been chewed up by a mouse.

Wire is repaired. Mouse is on the Most Wanted list.
