Somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 weeks ago I pulled the trigger on having
AliArc make me one of their truck bars for our Force. They are near Top Dog status in the truck bar / custom bumper business in my opinion. You are going to open your wallet a little wider than for external mount style, but I think its hard to complain with the end result
They are made in Canada, and when talking with them and asking about if the bumper was rated for a deer strike, they said it was rated for 2 deer, or 1 moose! The factory bumper comes off and this one mounts directly to the factory bolt holes on the frame. The two looped mount points unscrew and the bumper folds forward for hood access. I ordered mine from 32 Chrome Shop who was more than great about making sure I ordered the correct bumper, setting up shipping logistics from Canada etc. I highly highly recommend Joseph who is the owner at 32 Chrome Shop. Heck of a guy and they are right up there in Canada by AliArc.
I literally just got it home, so I apologize for the bug guts, finger prints and otherwise lack of clean camper.
have airbags? Bumpers like these protect the truck but defeat the airbags.
