Adding a Power Fresh Water Hose Reel

Has anyone with a Force or Force HD done this? Is there 12v power near by that I could use? I'm hoping there might even be something run already and I just need to find it.

Is your breaker panel under your bed?
There 12v there.
Drop straight down.

I added a Glenndinning power water hose reel. Tied power into the power for the electric reel. Neither will run at the same time.

The power for the electric reel is in a loom along the frame. Drill a small hole in the back of the bin, tapped into the power for the reel.

There are extra wires in the sanitary bin not used. I am guessing someone at Dynamax could tell us which color is used for the hose reel on the DX3, if its the same harness

BClemens: Would you be able to tell us if there's 12v already run for a power hose reel?

I recently added a rubber glove holder and a sanitizer dispenser to the compartment and was thinking it would be nice to have the hose reel.

Finding the wire is one thing...but if it is not used on the Force, it make not be hooked up on the other end. I'll see what I can find out.

Sure enough, there it was tucked in with the other wire looms. Makes sense. The minute you don't someone will want to option it in. Click image for larger version

No problemo. I've got the reel on order. Congrats on selling yours so quickly and getting the HD ordered.

Me neither. Already started to dream. Sad to see our First Force go, but the buyer is nice and will be storing her indoors, she is spoiled you know.
