Alignment Info needed for 2019 Isata 3

I noticed tread wear on the outside of my front tires so I took the RV to my local tire shop for a front end alignment. They need:
left/right Front ride height (degree)
left/right Ball Point (inches)
left/right rear ride height
and control point
Any chance someone on this forum knows this information?

I see several people got front end alignments front the Dynamax Facebook page. No one mentioned any issues.

I had my Sunseeker aligned at a quality Mercedes dealer and they installed adjustable camber bolts that Mercedes supplies for sprinter alignments. Made a big difference and now tracks straight and true.
I’m sure you can get this info from Mercedes.
Good Luck

The chassis manufacturer, in this case Mercedes-Benz, normally determines alignment specifications. If your tire shop even cannot go to a Mercedes source and obtain the alignment specs, that is scary. I don’t think you should trust them to do a front end alignment. Go to a reputable truck tire and alignment business that does these alignments regularly, they will have the specs, and you’ll be better off (hopefully) getting the work done right.

In our case Forest River paid for the alignment on our new Sunseeker (Ford). I don’t know if they do that over at Dynamax, but you could ask.

X2. The measurements they really need are right/left camber, right/left caster and toe in. Outside wear is an indication of too much positive camber (the wheel is leaning out at the top) and/or to much toe in.

The problem with Mercedes is they want you to measure everything and then it will give you the specs based on those dimensions. Caster, camber, and toe specs vary depending on ride height and so on. It’s a European thing. They make everything as complicated as possible.
