Allison Trans Interval
I know I'm probably asking for it here with a topic like this, but what is everyone doing (or planning on doing) for trans filters and fluids?
Looks like freightliner recommends around 32k which im past. Hence it being on my mind.

Maybe we don't understand the question. Change fluid and filters when recommended.
Are you asking about specific fluids and filters used?

Theres a wide variance in what's recommended between allison and freightliner even within duty ratings and type of trans fluid. 12-36 mo and 25k-75k miles.
I'm just asking for some real world input from other users. But apparently buy a new MH was one option I had not considered

I've had World 3,000's that would tell you all of that, they were in class 'A' coaches with Cummins and Cat engines.

Like you I tow heavy, which gets the tranny hotter than normal and could result in some wear on the clutch plates and some particulates. I plan to flush and re-fill every other year just to be safe. I don't stack up the miles like you do. In your case I would be checking the fluid color if it's accessible, any darkening in color and I would change it.

Yes, checked mine and we do have that function. Now we can know the
fluid level. There is a whole section on this subject and also how to read
any transmission codes at allisiontransmission.com
