Aquahot Zone Not Working

Well, I read the other threads about the Aquahot systems not being wired correctly and thought that I had the same problem.

After investigating...I'm not so sure.

Zone 1 (living room) seems to work fine. Turn on the tstat, cozy under the fridge comes on, zone1 pump turns on & I have warm air out the vents.

Zone 2 (bedroom): Turn on the tsat, cozy fan comes on but air blows cold out the broom vents. zone2 pump NEVER comes on in the AH box.

Zone2 light on the controller is on.

I took off the AH cover & can measure~13V at the wires to the pump. But...the pump doesn't turn. No hot water is moving through the lines.

I turned both zone1 and zone2 on...same thing: hot air in living room. Cold air in bedroom. zone2 pump doesn't run

Do you have the service manual?
Sounds like you may have a bad pump.
Did you try switching wires from pump 1 to pump 2 ? just to make sure?
You can do it right at the control panel.
Aqua Hot is pretty good and under warranty they will overnight parts to you.
