Auto step won’t come down

Our step on our Isata 5 will not come down. Checked underneath and everything looked hooked up properly. Any ideas what could be the cause? Is there a manual override?

Don't know on an I5 but on my DX3 there is an inline fuse at the top of the steps. Mine was hidden very well.
