Back up camera reversed

Hi!
We have a new 2019 Isata 3FW. The backup camera shows everything in the opposite place that it actually is. If there is a pole to the right it shows it on the left on the screen which makes it very confusing to try to back up. How do we get the photo to flip flop so it works like a normal backup camera? There seems to be nothing in the owners manual about this.
Thanks

Anne

We too have that same problem. We are wondering if they ran the cables to the camera wrong on each side of coach?
Can something be reversed in camera?

Likely the wires got reversed at the video switcher. That is located under the driver seat as I recall.

not specific to Isata, but often cameras will have a setup mode available through the camera screen setup menu... one of the functions is to flip the screen left to right and top to bottom to adjust for the camera position.

I know there was a recall about this that I read somewhere very recently. You might want to do a search on this forum.

Checking

We couldn’t find a way to change the back up camera on the unit. I looked under the drivers seat as recommended by Brian and there are a bunch of things run through there but too complex for me to figure out what wires might be misplaced. It’s currently at the Mercedes dealer getting all the punchlist items for the chassis corrected so i’ll Post the resolution when we get it back next week.

Thanks
