BClemems - Help!

We were the proud owners of a new Dynaquest XL 37RB. We have recently discovered during our trip that the shower valve has been leaking behind the shower stall since new and has soaked the wooden flooring underneath the two rear compartments to the point where water is coming thru the grouting on the tile when we step on it. We are going to try to take it back to Van City in Colorado Springs (where we bought it) to fix the shower valve issue but we are very concerned about the flooring. Can you help please??

Once you take it to the dealer they will repair the valve and document any damage. If flooring needs to be taken care of, they can certainly do that.

You can also send any pictures directly to your warranty contact https://dynamaxcorp.com/contact-us that way they can document in the system. Just include the last 8 of your VIN.

Thank you very much. We are cutting our vacation short and heading to Van City in Fort Collins, CO early this morning. Hopefully they can accommodate us and at least get the leaked stopped so we can continue with our trip.

Showed up at Van City around 1pm. They immediately diagnosed the valve leak and found numerous others around the pan drain, the outer lip of the shower box and on the black drain pipe. Bathroom floor is trashed. Wow! Looks like one very inept individual did all of the plumbing in my rear bathroom. Add a leak under one of the sinks to the list. Kudos to Van City Service department for accommodating us on such short notice. Couple days to fix all of the leaks. Will wait to hear back from Dynamax on repairing the floor.
Lesson learned = check EVERYTHING during PDI! Even if it takes days .... we paid for it by having to cut our vacation by MANY days.
All said, the response by Dynamax and its dealer has been above par!
