BIRD in line fuses

Greg, I'm trying to troubleshoot why my solenoid never closes. Chassis battery always goes dead even when coach is plugged in. I have a new BIRD and solenoid.

I see two 5A inline fuses to the BIRD on their fly sheet. Where exactly are these fuses located??

Check all the fuses in the fuseblock mounted on the rear of the electrical bay,same one as the bird.Also,is the bird blinking a green light? it should be with the power on.let me know please.
