caulk

These are pics on drivers side slide above slide topper. Are all these grooves supposed to be caulked?

The rail consists of two parts. The metal rail itself, should be caulked between it and the RV sidewall. The bulging part in the center of the rail is a vinyl screw cover and it just pops into the rail and it's not meant to seal anything. It's just a cosmetic piece, so it's not supposed to be caulked.

So are you referring to the area just below the textured(bumpy) area? Needs/gets caulk?

There is a track, rail that has the rubber cover in the middle, it is there to hide the screws holding the roof to the side wall. Mine is caulked on top and the bottom of the track, not the area around the rubber cover in the center. Not sure if that makes sense.

^^correct^^ all looks good. The track has butyl tape behind it, the top of the track looks nice and sealed.
