Thanks, I currently have a couple of battery tenders charging the batteries and hopefully it will start after Christmas. I didn't notice any loose cables but it sounds like the first place to start. The coach batteries have been the only significant issue we have had with the unit other than the standard newbie problems which were as much operator error than malfunctions, but we were only able to get three trips and 4,000- 5,000 miles in during our first eight months of use. On our second trip, and first long haul. we discovered that the batteries where never secured in the battery try from the factory. After the first hard stop the batteries shifted forward and ripped the wiring from the solar panels out but it appeared that everything else was working. I managed to repair the wiring of the solar panels but the dealer had the unit for 4-5 weeks to repair a minor water leak and few cosmetics items that should have been found during the make ready but all they did on the battery issue was to add a simple strap across the two batteries in a tray designed for four. Needless to say this failed on our next trip and they then finally designed a hard bracket to stabilize the two batteries preventing them from sliding forward.
Even though there is a two year warranty on the coach I want to avoid returning to the dealer for any future service since they deal in weeks not days and being a 100 miles commute it isn't worth the aggravation for anything minor. I guess it is time to get the voltage meter out and start checking to find why the chassis batteries aren't being charged. Thanks for confirming what I thought that I understood was correct.
