Coleman AC un-responsive (2021 Force)

My 2021 Force has two Coleman 45000 series AC units. I have the AIRXCEL thermostats on both. The front unit has worked fine, and one day went to turn it on, and nothing. None of the functions work, even the fan. The LED display is illuminated and allows stepping through the various modes and appears normal. Circuit breaker OK, although I had thought the AC's were 240vac, but the circuit breaker is single pole so apparently they are 120vac. I'm not certain if they have the "optional heater accessory", although that doesn't really have anything to do with this problem. I guess first step would be to swap thermostats, unless someone has another suggestion.

Are you connected to 50A shore power? Except for a small number of large permanent RVs they are all 120VAC. Larger units have two 120VAC legs providing a total of 100A ( Referred to as 50A units). Smaller ones are 30A single leg units. See photo.

yes. Same connection I've been on all summer and never have had a problem until out of nowhere just recently.

Some Electronic thermostats can be reset. You may try that before swapping.

Not sure what power management you have in your Force, do you have precision plex? Curious if you shut down power to everything for 3-5 minutes (no generator, no AC power, disconnect cab and house batteries) to do a 'reboot/reset' for all electronics. Reason I say that is our precision plex system controls whether or not the rear AC is powered based on what input power we have, 30 or 50A.

Just throwing that out there, hopefully it is something simple for ya.

Yes. Plex control. I might try a complete coach power reset. Haven't done that in some time anyway.

have you got a multi meter? and know the basics on how to use it
if it worked beforehand... check your power cord and it's connection...
you may have lost power to one of the circuits..
most 50amp model RV will only allow 1 a/c to work if the 50 amp plug loses a leg

+ search this forum there is a lot of threads for a/c troubleshooting
