Collapsable Ladder

What are you guys using for a ladder for working on the top of these beasts? The brochure says 13 feet to the top of the AC. Need something to store in the RV in case I need to attend to something on the roof. I'm assuming that the roof is full walk on correct?

We have the same one as joet19711, and have used it several times already. Solid and collapses easily for storage. Plus you're not at the very top of the ladder to get to the roof

x3 I've got the 15.5 footer as well. I dont even use the last 2 extensions sometimes. Works great. I swear the thing actually ends up getting lighter when you expand it.

I think I would like being able to use it as a step ladder also.

I have the same one that Joet19711 has and love it. Where does everyone lean it? I lean it on the back cap (with a towel over the top not to scratch the paint).

Ooooh that step ladder one looks nifty. That'd be handy for washing windows.

Mine gets stored in the bin w/ the electrical going up through the pass through. Fits perfect and I added a tie down to keep it from hitting all the wires.

When I use it I wrap/tape 2 rags around the uprights at the top of the ladder. I've leaned it on both the back cap and the sides depending on access around the unit. The rags keep anything from getting scratched.

Excellent, I was just about to post this very same question! Looks like some good suggestions here.

I have the same 15' extension ladder, love it.

I have this folding 7' step ladder, great for the windows, reaching the awning etc.... it folds up super small, mounted inside one of the pass through bins.

HTML Code:

And then I bought this step to put over the front truck tires, makes it much easier to wash the windshield, add oil etc... when on the road.

The 4 comes with a ladder...
But it scares me when I climb it. I’m not sure it was built for “ Kenny kustom”.

I ordered the ladder that I linked in my earlier post, I will give a review when it comes in. I figured for $99 and free shipping it was worth a try.
