Curtain divider and LED’s

Got my DX3 back last night.

Here’s a pic of the curtains I installed. I did not want them to go all the way to the floor because my wife insists on spinning the captain chairs around when we park.

Also, here are the LED’s installed down the length of the RV and trailer. It was daylight still and we enddd up driving to Myrtle Beach so I didn’t get to take pics at night. But they are BRIGHT.

And the rear camera. They went wireless and while it’s a very good quality pic, I’m not fond of wireless.

The LED’s are wired into the option switch built into the dash and the camera has a little toggle switch directly under the parking brake switch.

I called the dealer to see if I could order another OPT switch but never heard back.

I’ve picked up opt switches and other original freightliner switches on eBay. Brand new ones for as little as $10 if you are patient

Did you stick the led to the metal rail on the bottom? If so how did you prep it since usually is rusted. I Used POR 15 but I have not installed the LED lights yet.

I had them done at the stereo shop but all they did was clean the frame rails, use an adhesion promoter and then took clear bra material and wrapped the entire light with it to keep water out.
