Def Fluid Tank Filter

Which tank filter do I need? I read somewhere every 200,000 miles or two years. It looks pretty easy to change. I'm just not coming up with a part number for my 2016 ISL8.9.

Thanks for the PDF. It does not have my year listed but I was leaning toward the UF101.

I bought one made by Bosch. On the instructions it says the O-Rings need to be lubed with Mobil Velocite No.6. Other lubricants may be used but at the customer's own risk. Never heard of this lube. Can it be that big of a deal?

Looks like several of the options come with the lube.

By the way, Cummins recommends changing this filter every 200,000 miles. Might be a while before I get there!

I knew about the 200,000 mile mark, but it's cheap insurance. The filter is on the bottom inside at the def tank. Easy to change, not much fluid leaked out during the process. There is a metal cover with 4 9/16 inch bolts and the cover comes right off. The filter has a cover which takes a 1 1/16 inch socket.

My filter came with a tool to remove the filter. Wouldn't budge so it popped right out with my pliers. A little oil on the O-Rings and everything went back together with no leaks.

I take it the UF101 was the correct part for your 2016?
