Does this slide look right?

Hi everyone,
We bought a used Isata 3 in October. But my husband thinks that the slide is supposed to go in all the way or at least more than it is. Could someone tell me if it looks right? Also we had the awning out one time. Went on a trip and couldn’t get it out. Any ideas what to do? And lastly all of our cameras stopped working on the way home from our trip? Any ideas on that? Thank you!Click image for larger version

1. that is normal for that type of slideout. As long as it seals, that is what you're looking for. You can adjust the pressure, but unless you have an issue, I woudln't.

2. Fuse maybe? I think there is a lock out so it won't come out with key in.

3. loose connection...I think that module is under the driver seat.
