Dripping water from inside top of DX3 wet bay - typical?

There is a steady dripping of water (several drips per minute) that appears to be coming from the black insulation around the silver vent pipe shown in the photo below (see red arrow).

I have not noticed this volume before. Can someone please tell me if this is typical, and what the source might be?

Thank you.

Check your water pump you might need to tighten the hoses mine had loosened up .
Remove cover under the washer dryer

Mine leaks there too.
In our case, it is either that the grey water tank is overly full and the water backs up a vent stack and over flows (that is what an Dynamax Dealer tech told me a few days ago)
Or it is some sort of problem with the washer. It happens to us when on city water and we run the clothes washer repeatedly (which also tends to over fill the grey water).
I've got to do more testing and diagnosis. Please keep us informed on what you find and I'll do likewise.

Is it possible to leave your grey valve open when doing laundry?

Now that I'm home, yeah, that's the plan, to leave grey dump open into the yard (we're out on a farm so don't care about a little smell or food particles). It's just cold and rainy so I haven't done any testing yet. Besides, we're surrounded by Corona virus now and just waiting for our kids schools to close and us all be put in quarantine.

The arrow pointing to the plastic pipe looks like my fresh water holding tank overfill but isn’t not in my wet bay it’s out near the propane tank, I don’t have a open line like that in my DX3 bay.
