2019 Isata 3FW on MBS chassis. Driver’s door won’t lock, either with key or remote fob. I can’t even push the lock pin down. Passenger locks as it should. ???
Was it working before? Sounds like some linkage is off. I recall something like this even on some production units a while back...its been a while, but I seem to think it was a weird Mercedes issue.

That happened to me with me with my 24FW, took it into Mercedes. They said that the door mechanism was taped, probably for painting (not by MB) and I got charged. Dynamax did refund me but they said they don't tape the door mechanism. So, if you take it to Mercedes, take pictures.
Drivers door on my MBS will not lock if it senses that the door is not completely closed. So a mechanism that senses this might need adjustment if the door is indeed completely closed.
Hello I just want to warn you about going to Mercedes service. Some dealerships are not set up for Sprinters. Watch out for low hanging canopies in the service reception area. Your "C" class Sprinter may not fit. (Ask me how I know) Some dealerships were probably designed before Sprinter commercial /RV trucks came about!
Got it! The release cable was not aligned in the release mechanism properly, not allowing lock to slide down. Appears to have happened when door panel previously removed.
I’ll send bclemens a bill.
