Dx3. Force motors

I'm looking to upgrade to one of these. Other then diesel additive has there been any changes in the past few years to motors or drive line?

The Dx3 and the Force HD have the same drive train, 8.9 Cummins 350 hp and 1000 torque 6 speed allison. My Dx3 is a 2015 built on a 14 chassis and has this drive train. Before the 8.9 the had a 8.3 with similar numbers.
A standard Force gets the 6.7 cummins with 340hp and 700 torque 6 speed allison.

Are the cabs the same size? 8.9 vs 6.7.. I guess M2 is M2. I saw a competitor at a RV show with a 6.7 and cab looked to be smaller..

You may be correct and incorrect. The cabs are the same size, but on the DX3 and the Force HD the cab (8.9L chassis) is higher than in the regular Force or the competition (6.7L chassis). This makes the opening to the cab larger and gives it the appearance that it is bigger. Personally, I like that I don't have to step down into the cab. It also allows for the cab seats to become part of the living area...and they swivel around to do so. This also means that the cab area is no longer rendered useless while camping. These are some of the reasons we sold our Seneca and got a Dynamax Force HD. :-)
