DX3 washer leak

Brand new DX3 37TS. Looks like we have a leak in the washing machine fill line. Made quite a mess inside. Does anyone know the location of the water lines for the washer and how to cut them off?

Not sure about a DX3, but on my Europa where a washing machine would be there's a cut off right there where the hose from the machine would screw in, suggest looking next to and behind the machine

I was hoping for something simpler. That seems to be a tough job

Not really, shine a flashlight down the side of the machine, look in there maybe yours is worse, but on mine it's now worse than the ones in my house. I can easily reach where it would be and turn it off.

on my 2018 37TS the washer fill line shut off is under the vanity sink. Remove the drawers to get to them.

I had similar issue with drain line being pinched by the dealer.
That was not a fun job to fix. Had to pull washer and drier out of the cabinet.

It’s really tight. Maybe an inch or less on each side. No visible hoses able to be seen. Ugh

Could it be under the washer dryer behind the louver?

That’s where the search begins in the morning. It’s certainly not in the top of the wet bay.

Well, in the entire building, I cannot find one that is not taped up. Last I knew, it was in the lav base...drawer side.

Brian. Thank you. We found them to the left of the sink behind the top drawer. What’s the secret to drawer removal. Thank you

I thought halfway back on the slides (outside of slide), there should be a small black tab, one side you push it down, one side you push up then it should pull out.

with the drawer open
On the drawer slides there are small black levers. One will go up the other down. This will release the slide stop and the drawer may be removed while holding the levers up and down.

On my DX3 TS3 the supply lines are inside the bathroom vanity - open the door & look inside to the top right. I had to get on the floor to see them. I found them when we took out the washer & kept the dryer to get additional storage. The extra storage was more useful than the washer - never used it.

Washer Leak

As someone else stated I had a leak in the discharge line. Yes it was a mess and a pain to pull dryer and washer out. Get someone to help you pull dryer out and off top of washer. Tried doing it by myself. Got it out but could not get it back in by myself.

When I pulled my dryer out I had to replace the vent tube to the outside.

Hint remove the outside cover for the vent. Makes it easier to reconnect.
