Dynamax Isata 3 Cab Noise

We had our 2019 Isata 3 24FW (no overhead bunk model) into the dealer because there was a serious rattle/banging coming from directly over the driver position. It took about 3 weeks for them to get to it but they apparently fixed it. When I took it for a test drive the noise was gone. About a month later on its first trip since the fix we were annoyed now by what sounded like a train whistle coming from over the front drivers area. The noise only occurs at speeds above 60 mph or at lower speeds when there is a headwind. On looking at the seal between the metal cab and the overhead fiberglass body you can see where the dealer apparently filled the crack where the joint is. I'm guessing that the crack opens up when the wind hits it. We've had our coach for almost a year and love it. There have been no problems in that year and 7500 miles of driving until the rattle and now the train whistle. We are about to leave on a trip and I would like to see if I can possibly deal with this myself. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Suggestions?

How about putting Eternabond over that seam.

The overhead section is moving in high winds, picking up from the cab roof. How much can you move it up? This is really pretty common that I have read, it would be hard to block that wind, I know of nothing that expands try and find a product that can do that, I would doubt if it's moving over a 1/8" but I'm sure that's what you are hearing. Good luck, that I'm sure is aggravating to listen to....

Whistling Noise in Cab

We, too, have a terrible whistling noise on our Isata 3 from the top of the passenger side door at speeds over 60 MPH. I wish we could come up with a solution!☹️

Floor chirping, etc.

Related but different noises:
Chirping in the passenger floorboard. I checked and double checked the jack/tool compartment and everything is tight as can be, so I'm thinking maybe the cover itself?
The coach door gasket will be replaced by the "D" gasket ordered this morning, referenced from another post.
The battery box seems to transfer all kinds of road noise; wondering if anyone has tried to sound-insulate it from the outside with, perhaps, some of that spray on rubber sealer?
I'm not expecting a very quiet ride considering what these are after all, but I'm willing to work towards mitigating some of the noise.
Not trying to hijack this thread...
