Dynamax isata 3 kwickee steps

Wondering if someone could help. Put our isata 3 into storage for couple weeks. Steps worked fine. Got out of storage, non functional, no noise like motor trying to extend, even plugged in. I looked for a fuse but saw none marked steps. Everything else functions perfectly. Any ideas and where might a fuse be?
Thanks

Check the leads to the magnet inside the flexible wire moulding. A simple part of the process of elimination. My butt connectors were loose causing my steps to malfunction.
