Why Massey's Landing in DE verses a location more centrally located?

Masseys is a very large place and will easily accommodate us all. I am there with you all. Whatever date you decide works for me as well.

Welll Massey's Landing is 2746.4 miles for us. Not exactly local. The
CO suggestion would be easy.

Let's pencil CO as the next time n the list and everyone can bring their 4x4's and we can also do some trails.

Maybe moving the meeting place about 100 miles further east would be a compromise.

There is an absolute beautiful RV Resort called Anchors Down outside of Gatlinburg in Tennessee. Not sure if this would make it easier for the Midwest and Western folks? It is right off of the main highway, about a 30 minute drive into Galtinburg. We stayed there this summer, all paved sites, 30 of the sites have stone fireplaces. it is a great place.

So lets decide on a location, Masseys, Tennessee or somewhere else so we can get working on it.
