Question Dynaquest xl slide stuck in out position

We are under manufacture warranty and have reached out to Dynamax to auth mobile rv repair. I'd like to hear from others who have dealt with the stuck slide problem.
Our coach is parked and had been leveled on our gently slopping driveway for a upcoming trip in a week. Slides were out so I could load supplies etc. Noticed yesterday front jack passenger side was in up position and coach was leaning to drivers side (same side as stuck slide) Immediately determined we needed to pull slides in and re-level. Successfully pulled in bedroom and wardrobe slides located across from each other at back of coach. Tried to bring living/dining slide in. It only came in about 4 inches but at an angle instead of straight on. Attempted twice more to extend and retract with same result.

What the heck? Hydraulics failure? Leveling problem?

Feeling frustrated.

Sounds like the chassis/slide is tweaked a little and wedged in. Have you tried re leveling coach? Or retracting all levelers? Or putting slide back out. If you can it would be better all the way out and supported by the side wall when leveling/retracting. Slide outs are most vulnerable when not all the way out or in.

Oops, just reread your post and you have tried to extend. At this point I would just get the coach level and then retry.

can you define "at an angle instead fo straight on"? This is a flush floor slide and drops down into place. SO if the slide FLOOR is coming in at an upward angle. That is normal. If you are saying it is coming it at a front to back angle, that is not. Picture would help.

Or are you saying it will not move?
