Electrical Troublshooting DX3 Xantrex
75% of the issues on the DX3 are user error. not always customer error, dealer error too...maybe they push the disable button (red button that looks like power, but it isn't). That button is used to clear faults (with a quick press). Hold too long and it puts the inverter in "standby" mode. So if you push and hold again you can take it out. Instead, most people end up going into the settings and start messing with things to try and fix them only making things worse. Attached is a little troubleshooting guide from my service tech and how he would walk people through the common issue to determine what the real issue might be.
