Europa Cab heat non functional

So after fixing all the delivery items were finally taking our Europa for its first camping weekend. On the road now and it seems that the cab heat doesn’t work at all. I searched the forums and don’t see anything about possible known issues. Wondering if anyone’s seen this?

Also I’m assuming this would be through friegthliner and not my RV shop to fix?

Freightliner issue for sure. But is the blower not working? or is it just blowing cold air?

No blower could be fuse under the hood.

Assume you are not feeling any warmth from the dash ducts, correct? If really cold out, the dash will struggle to make the cabin warm with all the "rear seat" house space sucking up all the warmth.

Also if not already, keep an eye on dash engine temp gauge too. Stay warm!

Blower is fine just blows cold. Even stranger we stopped for fuel then started back up and I tried again it blew so hot I had to turn it down then it got cold (43 outside) so I turned it back up a bit and no heat again even full blast. Stopped the engine again and heat for the rest of the trip as long as it was on full heat, didn’t move it off again afraid to lose it. So something’s wrong
