Excellent Customer Service
Just returned after a month-long trip that included a visit to the Dynamax factory in Elkhart for some repairs. Greg and his team exceeded our expectations by a long shot. Originally we were scheduled for a dinette window replacement and slide-out control check. However, during our trip we had more issues. I communicated them (as they came up) to Colleen while on the road, and she said the service team would look into them. Due to the nature of some of the issues, we were really only expecting things to be diagnosed, to be repaired later elsewhere.
After arriving at Dynamax, Colleen greeted us and got us settled in, and the next morning Greg and his team jumped right in started to repair or replace all of the items on our list, and even found some issues we weren't aware of. Plus they fixed a couple of other incidental "this could be better if" items. Fantastic that they had the replacement equipment for our unit in stock (like an air conditioner and awning), as we had expected that those items would have to be ordered and installed by a dealer near our home - that after potentially fighting the manufacturer warranty system. I feel much better about having Dynamax with their installation expertise work on my coach, rather than a dealer.
We also greatly appreciated being able to stay in the A/C and comfort of the Camp Dynamax house during the 2 days while our coach was being worked on.
We have first hand evidence that Dynamax stands behind their products, and provides truly outstanding customer service. Many thanks to Colleen for putting up with all of my "and another thing" e-mails, and Greg and his team for their expertise and thorough work. We were amazed by the amount of work they accomplished in a short amount of time. They certainly went the extra mile for us.
By the way, the new dinette window has significantly reduced the wind noise in the coach at highway speeds; we are very pleased with it.
