Firefly "wireless battery" Error - 2021 Isata 3

I'm getting an intermittent error on the panel with a red flashing exclamation point, and a message "Switch battery is dead or disconnected. Check wireless switches page." There isn't an error on the wireless pairing page, and the wireless switch from the bedroom works fine. No other errors or malfunctions with the system. We're about to leave for a trip and wondering if this is an issue worth exploring further. I am going to contact Firefly support but curious if others have come across this.

It is likely the switch in the utility bay....I've been meaning to ask them as it seems to happen a lot on that switch.

I think if you click the G12 it shows the switch that is an issue? I just remember my europa had this from day 1...I ignored it as it was the utility bay switch and I mainly used my phone.

Thanks BC. I'll hop on a call with their tech support tomorrow and see if they can help. Its intermittent, so maybe it will start acting up when they call back. Wil report back on progress.

Update from tech at Firefly let me know that its probably not a sign of a bigger issue. Suggested that I replace the battery in the remote in the bedroom and perform a system reset.
