For all that are waiting on the edge of their seats...my warranty manager just came down and gave me an update.

Matt and the REV plant manager called down to try and walk through all the troubleshooting. It appears that the strainer on the water pump was loose and was sucking air. Once that got tightened, the pump started worked as it should. I think there was a blank panel and possible blown fuse (non related), but on the water pump side I think that was resolved.
